After more than 20 years in the building industry, we spotted a recurring problem; the process. For most customers, every part of their building project is mired in complexity and confusion. Where does one stage start or another finish? Who is responsible for what and when? And what’s actually causing those setbacks?
All too often, there’s a lack of communication, cohesion and a number of different independent specialists and companies to consult throughout. This adds up to frustration, frequent delays and ultimately spiralling costs. We wanted to change all that, So Extension Pro Limited was founded, driven by a simple, but clear ethos:
- One Company,
- One Point of Contact,
- One Easy Experience.
We wanted to bring the complete process under one roof, so homeowners have a clear understanding of the process, their budget and have one single point of contact throughout, from concept design through to completion.
Each client will be appointed their own dedicated project manager who will work with them every step of the way to turn their vision into reality. Their project manager will oversee the entire process, from design concepts, planning, right through to handing over the keys to their completed build. Our aim is to deliver a completely stress-free project to our customers in an open, honest and transparent way.
We offer a complete pay as you go service, which means, however long you need us- we’ll be there! Whether you’re just thinking about your extension, you already have planning or just need a contractor to build your project; we have packages for everyone at every stage.
To us communication is absolutely key, that’s where ‘the process’ comes into play. We feel, our customers should always know exactly where they are at within their project and we should know exactly what we need to prepare for next. It’s stress-free for all involved!
The Process...we talk about it a lot, simply because this is what makes us unique! It’s what sets us apart from all the other building and construction companies out there and we will cover this in our next blog...
