1.Consultation.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want a larger kitchen or family area, whatever it may be, our design team will need to take a brief and give you some initial costings to ensure everything is within budget.
2. Dashboard.
Once you’ve signed up with us, you’ll be given access to your client portal, where you can keep an eye on progress and communicate with your project manager for a completely collaborative process.
3. Survey.
Maybe you’re happy to take measurements yourself, but if not a member of the our team will visit and perform a digital survey of your existing home in preparation for the design phase.
4. Design.
Our experienced in-house team of architectural designers and surveyors will draft CAD designs for your proposal to turn your property vision into realistic plans and visuals, in line with your budget.
5. Planning.
Once your plans are ready, we’ll submit them to your local authority planning department on your behalf. If any planning related issues crop up, no problem, we’ll act as your agent and sort them out.
6. Regulations.
Once your planning permission is granted, we put together your construction issue drawings, structural calculations, building regulations and other documents and submit them to Building Control for you.
7. Final Costing.
Now that the design and planning phases are complete, we will take one last look at the build cost, to ensure there are no costly surprises at build phase and that we are still within your budget for the build.
8. Build it.
The design, planning, structural and building regulation boxes have all been ticked, and a final build cost agreed, our on-site team will start your build! One easy experience, from start to finish!
